Who is this for?

What does a founding member get?
Lifetime status, reduced rate, first access, extra guest pass. Shape the vibe.
how many founding spots?
Exactly 625 spots. Then it’s closed forever.
When does The Block open?
Summer 2026. Founders enter first.
Are rates locked for founding members?
Yes. Founders keep a reduced rate for the lifetime of their membership.
Can i join if i'm not a founding member?
Yes. Membership applications will open in 2026 with a max of 1,500 members total.

is there a non-resident option?
Yes. If you do leave within 50 miles of Tulsa you can qualify.
is there a spouse option?
Yes, we will have options for you and your partner to combine memberships.

what are experience rooms?
The Theater Room, Sound Lounge, Game Room, Wellness Rooms, and more all designed for social moments.
can i work from the block?
It’s not a work first space but with quiet nooks + collaborative lounges many may use it as such.
what does your "screen free" policy mean?
No phone calls except for the phone booths. No screens can be out at all after 5pm except for designated areas.
Can I host a big event or book a hotel room?
Yes. Founders get preferred rates for both.

what is your guest policy?
Members can host 2 guests for free. Founding Members will get 1 extra guest pass at all times.
what is the dress code?
Creative casual. Be you, be considerate.
what does your "screen free policy" mean?

who decides if members can join?
Founding members will be a part of the application review committee for future members.
